These guys are fantastic, and they know what they are doing! I purchased a Reefer MAX Peninsula 500 (my second aquarium from them). I had it delivered and installed. They did an amazing job putting it all together and hiding and organizing the cables. I recommend them 100%! Here are pictures of the new tank from day one and 30 days after.

My corals all came super colored up and happy. If they don't do well, it's definitely not because of the source! All of my "almost WYSIWYG" and "mystery" corals turned out awesome, with one of them being far larger and more colorful than the WYSIWYG frags of the same coral on their store at the time of purchase. I bought a few mystery rock flower nems, and one of them is easily the most beautiful one I've owned, as well as one of the larger ones I've seen being sold. None of my corals had any visible pests, and they were packed very well. They came in an insulated box with cold packs, packing foam, dividers, and double bagged corals/nems. Even though I got stuck at work due to an emergency which left the corals and nems out much longer than I would have liked, the box stayed cool.

This is my second time ordering through Jed over at TSA and I’m very happy with the coral, inverts, and fish I have received. Not only did Jed make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, but he went above and beyond and guided me in making the right decisions since I’m new to the saltwater side of the hobby. Very poor customer service experience, never buying here again!

My order was almost $1K and based on their policy they sent it via overnight shipping (orders over $399). While most of the items arrived in acceptable condition, one item was an open box and missing instructions. I decided not to make a big deal out of it and kept the item.

However, I needed to return another item because it was undersized for my tank. When I called customer service for return instructions, I was informed that a 10% restocking fee would apply because the order was shipped via priority, as stated in the fine print of their policies. I explained that my order would have qualified for overnight shipping regardless of the item being returned and asked if an exception could be made, considering it would not affect the order's eligibility for priority shipping. My request was denied, with the explanation that they must apply their restocking policy uniformly to all customers.

Congratulations, you've saved $20 on a restocking fee but lost potentially hundreds or thousands in future business from me.

I’ve been visiting top shelf aquatics for many years I’ve loved watching the store grow! At the beginning of this year I started up a 20g cube. I’ve had some ups and downs like most in the hobby do. However. My guys colson smith and Jared harden up there at tsa have helped me through everything.
Top shelf is above all my “local fish store” however I’m not very local anymore. We live in north brevard county and still make a ride over at least every other week. Stop in and give them a gander they’ll greet you at the door.

Great selection of quality corals but the business side of things is kind of a disaster. First time I ordered from them it took them almost 45 minutes to find the items to fulfill my order when I got there. Second online order I figured I would email to make sure when I came my order was ready. I was told to come pick it up anytime they were open. Drove 2 hours round trip to get told that I couldn't actually pick up my order because their warehouse closes and hour early. My only option was a store credit so they took my money gave me nothing for it and now I will have to drive another two hours if I want to use the credit.

There was such a great selection of fish and coral. Jed was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and spent a lot of time helping me pick out my rocks and other items for my new tank. I would definitely recommend top shelf over other stores in Orlando.
